Token.transferFrom(address,address,uint256) (#105-132) uses a dangerous strict equality:
- launchedAt == 0 (#108)
Don't use strict equality to determine if an account has enough Ether or tokens.

SafeMath.mul(uint256,uint256) (#12-19) is never used and should be removed
