Token is flagged by TokenSniffer due to presence of exploit in contract code

TERK.constructor(address,string,string).devAddress (#468) lacks a zero-check on :

TERK.approve(address).approvedAddress (#519) lacks a zero-check on :
- _approvedAddress = approvedAddress (#521)
Check that the address is not zero.
