Unable to find manual contract audit (e.g. Certik, PeckShield, Solidity...)

SPET.setMaxTxAmount(uint256) (contracts/SPET.sol#28-30) should emit an event for:
- maxTxAmount = amount (contracts/SPET.sol#29)
Emit an event for critical parameter changes.
