SafeMath.div(uint256,uint256) (#29-32) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.divCeil(uint256,uint256) (#34-42) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.mul(uint256,uint256) (#18-27) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.sqrt(uint256) (#55-62) is never used and should be removed
Remove unused functions.
