Token.slitherConstructorVariables() (#3-45) uses literals with too many digits:
- totalSupply = 1300000000 * 10 ** 18 (#6)
Use: Ether suffix, Time suffix, or The scientific notation

Add the constant attributes to state variables that never change.

approve(address,uint256) should be declared external:

Use the external attribute for functions never called from the contract.
