Unable to find manual contract audit (e.g. Certik, PeckShield, Solidity...)

SafeMath.div(uint256,uint256) (#16-19) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.divCeil(uint256,uint256) (#21-29) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.mul(uint256,uint256) (#5-14) is never used and should be removed
SafeMath.sqrt(uint256) (#42-49) is never used and should be removed
Remove unused functions.
